The Elk Lake girls’ tennis team grabbed a 4-1 win at home over Western Wayne on Thursday after the team took a 5-0 loss to Delaware Valley in a match played in Dimock on Tuesday afternoon.

Elk Lake 4, Western Wayne 1

Singles: Leanna O’Hora (WW) over Sonya Griffiths, 6-7 (6), 6-0, 6-3; Lindsey Shingler (EL) over Sarah Gardner, 6-3, 6-1; Meagan Bush (EL) over Emily Funk, 6-1, 6-3.

Doubles: Taylor Watkins-Hannah Cave (EL) over Kayla Evans-Kellyn Kemmerer, 6-2, 6-0; Darcy Warner-Danielle Callas (EL) over Olivia Funk-Erica Sullivan, 6-2, 6-1.
