Friends Chair Alice Deutsch presented Hinkley with a citation for her years of service.

According to Deutsch, the honoree is a friend to all who come her way and she shares her time, her talents with those in need in Susquehanna County.

Those who have work with Friends during the past 15 years are aware how hard she has worked to keep Friends moving forward, by allowing members to use her home, various business locations for meetings and events.

Friends of Susquehanna County Chairman Alice Deutsch presents Barbara Hinkley with a citation for her many years of dedication to the organization.
