Man enters robbery plea


The man who held up the Family Farm store in Susquehanna on Oct. 7, 2012, entered a guilty plea to the charge in Susquehanna County Court on Friday.
Dylan Wade, 25, Susquehanna, pleaded guilty to one felony count of robbery in front of President Judge Kenneth Seamans.
Just before the store closed, Wade entered the store wearing a mask and demanded money from the clerk. He then reached into the cash register and removed about $180.
Wade is scheduled to be sentenced on March 21.
Others who entered guilty pleas on Friday included the following:
Katrina Donahue, 20, pleaded guilty to criminal mischief, April 10-11, 2012, in Hallstead. She was sentenced to 12 months probation and has agreed to make restitution to the victims.
Kenneth Welborn, 25, pleaded guilty to a summary offense of disorderly conduct in connection with an Aug. 22, 2012 incident in Susquehanna. He was ordered to pay a $150 fine.
Timothy Holmes, 37, pleaded guilty to DUI in connection with an Aug. 28, 2012 incident in Montrose. He is scheduled to be sentenced on March 21.
Gina Olshan, 44, pleaded guilty to access device fraud and burglary in connection with incidents on Dec. 23-24 in Auburn Twp. She is scheduled to be sentenced on April 18.
