Pennsylvania State Police, Gibson, are looking for the man who robbed a Hallstead bank Friday morning.

The man entered the Pennstar Bank branch, located on Rt. 11, at about 11:17 a.m. and demanded money from the teller’s drawer. According to police, there was no threat of a weapon. Police have not yet released how much money was taken in the robbery.

The man is described as a white male; about 6-feet tall and weighing about 230 lbs. He was wearing a tan, short sleeve, button down shirt over a white t-shirt, light blue jeans, white shoes. He was also wearing sunglasses and a blue and red baseball cap with a blue bandana under the hat.

Anyone with information is asked to call PSP, Gibson at 570-465-3154. Tpr. John Oliver is investigating.
